The Praise Team at First Baptist Grapeland is a group of passionate worshipers committed to leading our church family in heartfelt, Christ-centered praise each week. Through music and song, we aim to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God, respond to His love, and grow in their walk with Him.

Serving Behind the Scenes to Make Worship Happen
The A/V Team at First Baptist Grapeland plays a vital role in creating a seamless and distraction-free worship experience. From sound and lighting to slides and livestream, this behind-the-scenes ministry helps ensure every message is clearly seen and heard—both in-person and online.

If you’re technically inclined, love working with equipment, or simply want to support the church in a meaningful, hands-on way, we’d love to have you on the team! No experience necessary—just a teachable spirit and a heart to serve.

Children's Choir
Our Children’s Church Choir is a joyful and uplifting ministry where kids learn to praise God through music!
Meeting on Sunday Evenings @ 6pm during the school year.
Open to children from Pre-K through 6th grade, the choir gives young voices an opportunity to grow in their faith,
build confidence, and develop musical skills in a fun, encouraging environment.

Teamwork, discipline, and self-expression

How to lead others in worship through special performances

The Children’s Choir rehearses weekly and participates in seasonal programs, including Christmas and Easter musicals, as well as occasional Sunday morning worship services.
